General Motors Globalization Map Simon Casson

  1. Have you not made this public yet? I can't go to google maps and look at the details of it. From what I can see your map looks very clean. I like the way your lines don't overlap each other so that you know which line goes to which place. However, since I don't have a legend it is a bit hard to tell what each line/marker represents. But overall nice, perhaps change some of the symbols to be more interesting and "themed"? For instance, Since you did general motors perhaps use a car icon?

  2. Simon, I agree with Lia in that your map is really clear to read. The separation of lines makes it really easy to track your company's global journey. Maybe it's because I also did a car company, but I could distinctly see the market lines and where GM sends most of its products. Just make it public so we can view it in detail, and you're good!
    Props.

  3. Simon this map is very clear. It is easy to read, informative and too the point. There is not too much going on and the points are spread out enough that the viewer is overwhelmed. Good job!

  4. Your map is interesting in the way that there are more interconnections that export/import out of Australia than America. The only thing that I can could suggest is that you should label your lines so the reader won't get confused while looking through all the connections!
