Your map does a great job in showing how the company is truly transnational through all the points in different countries and continents. However, I would recommend shrinking the size of some of your icons, possibly in accordance to Toyota's presence in that part of the world. The reason I recommend this is because the map looks some what cluttered and reducing the size of some of the icons would help with clarity. Also, I would definitely recommend including a key to help clarify the meaning of the different linkages you have placed between various points.
