  1. Good job with your map. Maybe you could add a description to tell readers what the map is showing. You could also add a small description for the markers and lines to give more information and to show why those particular markers are important. A legend would be helpful to categorize each marker to make it really clear what each place is.

  2. This is really nice. I like your usage of videos and pictures. Besides what has already been said I think one thing that would be very helpful would be perhaps customizing the icons so that they are more descriptive/related to your topic instead of just using the blue markers. Having descriptions for all your lines and markers would be excellent as well, however, you do have a lot of lines and markers...
If you are only talking about certain parts of the world in your paper, it would probably be easier to understand if you made a second map that zoomed in on the particular area (ie europe). If you did this the markers may not cover each other as much (this tends to clutter the map and make it look messy). Overall, I think you did a wonderful job using the embedding map features to your advantage.

  3. I really like your map and how it depicts that all the ports are very interconnected globally. One thing I might fix would be to include maybe just the points that will support your essay, so that your map will look a bit neater and not so all over the place. But if the point you make in your essay is how it is spread out in various places all over the different countries, this is a good map! I see in previous comments that your map includes videos and pictures, but I can't seem to find them. Maybe taking some points out will make it easier to find instead of having to click on multiple points to figure out which one? Just a suggestion!

  4. I can tell that you spent time figuring out the locations and the connections between each of the ports and terminals. You even gave links to videos and pictures! I just wish that you explained somewhere what exactly the map depicted; what do the connections signify? are the lines the possible destinations from a given terminal/port?
